Formulation
- Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) – 250 mg. Because it is uniquely both water and fat soluble ALA is called the “Universal Anti-Oxidant.” This unique solubility allows it to go “everywhere” in your body protecting hard-to-reach tissues from oxidative damage. Even more important is its role in the creation of our body’s most powerful internal antioxidant – Glutathione. Like CoQ10 our levels of ALA decline with age stress and the use of certain medications. Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ10) and TruQ10 – 300 mg. The first ingredient to add to any vitamin regimen CoQ10 is required for all energy production and is also a powerful anti-oxidant.
