Vitamin K's most active form Andrew Lessman's Vitamin K2 MK-7 120 provides the most active and beneficial form of Vitamin K-2 Menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The “K” in Vitamin K2 MK-7's name stems from the role of Vitamin K-1 in blood clotting since it was discovered in Germany where “Koagulation” is spelled with a K.
