Suggested Use
- Directions: One tablet daily with a meal or as directed by a physician.
Precautions
- Tamper Evident Feature: Do not use if inner-seal beneath cap is missing or broken. Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Caution: Folic Acid may mask the symptoms of hematological damage due to Vitamin B12 deficiency of pernicious anemia while the associated neurological damage progresses.Other Information: To report a serious adverse event or obtain product information call 1-800-724-8711.
