Suggested Use (Overview): Many of our customers use Colostrum-LD as follows:For immune and GI health: 1-2 tsp. twice a day.Anti-aging: 1-2 Tbsp. twice a day.To help maintain balanced blood sugar levels between meals: 1 Tbsp. between meals.Athletic performance: 2 Tbsp. prior to work out and again one hour prior to bed.Healthy looking skin: 1-2 tsp. twice a day.Pets: 1/2-2 tsp. depending on need and size.
